As this footage shows, Guardiola - with hands in pockets - approaches Hart at the Manchester City training ground.

The pair trade words before Hart gesticulates with both arms.

They walk their separate ways - then the England stopper turns back towards the City boss.

Guardiola appears to deliver more instructions to the man he’s axed from his side.

Hart appears to take what’s said on board before walking away to a separate area of the training ground.

It had been suggested he was banished from first-team training.

Former City striker Paul Dickov, talking on Sky Sports News, said: “Joe walking off the training ground there doesn’t look very good.”

But Starsport understands he instead went off to train with the keepers on a separate pitch.

Hart has been told by Guardiola he is free to leave the club.

He will be replaced at the Etihad by Claudio Bravo, who is on his way to England to complete his move.

The Chile stopper is poised to join from Barcelona in a £17m deal in the next few days.

Bravo is considered to have better distribution that Hart, who has recently dropped to third choice behind Willy Caballero after the arrival of Guardiola.

Barcelona will replace Bravo with Ajax's Jasper Cillessen who will not be allowed to move until after the Dutch side's Champions League playoff against Rostov tomorrow night.
