Isaac Mensah, the former Hearts of Oak midfielder, has made his way back to Angola, signing a two-year contract with Kabuscorp Sport Clube do Palanca.
The 28-year-old attacking midfielder is set to enhance the squad of the Luanda-based team as they target a top-three finish in the upcoming 2024-25 Girabola season.
Mensah's connection with Angolan football dates back to 2018 when he first moved to the country, joining Petro Atletico after his stint with Hearts of Oak.
During his three-year tenure with Petro Atletico, he made a significant impact, which later led to a move to Oman Club in 2021.
After his time in Oman, Mensah returned to Ghana in 2023, where he played for Great Olympics.
In his most recent spell, he made 33 appearances and scored four goals, showcasing his consistent performance on the field.
Kabuscorp is counting on Mensah's experience and playmaking abilities to fortify their midfield as they seek to improve on their fourth-place finish from last season.
The club and its supporters are optimistic that Mensah's return to Angola will play a pivotal role in their quest for success in the upcoming campaign.
