Ghanaian striker Caleb Ekuban has returned home to Turkey after some rehabilitation work in Italy.

The 25 year old striker who began the season in blistering form for his side Trabzonspor sustained an injury after a colliding with a team mate and breaking his foot.

Ekuban has been out injured for the last few months but is now close to return after several months of rehabilitation.

He was over the weekend spotted in the stands when his team played at home to Alanyaspor in a match which they won by a lone goal.

The Italian born Ghanaian was seen in the stands taking snaps with fans of the club who sorely miss his goals and contribution to the team.

The Ghanaian striker has been a revelation for his Turkish side since joining from English Championship side Leeds Uited chipping in 5 goals from 7 matches and helping his team gain entry into the group stages of Uefa second tier competition.

He has scored 2 goals for the Black Stars in just 4 appearances and was the villain as Ghana crushed out of the Afcon 2019 in the round of 16 against Tunisia after missing his spot kick.
