Ghanaian Youngster Alhassan Mubarak has finally arrived in Spain to finalize his transfer to La Liga side Granada CF, Ghanaguardian.com can exclusively report.

The 18-year old signed for the Spanish club at the end of July this year from Ghanaian top flight side Liberty Professionals FC but was unable to join his new club because of the closure of his country's airport due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

However, the government of Ghana, in easing the Covid-19 restrictions, opened the Kotoka International Airport on September 1, 2020, paving the way for the Mubarak to fly to the European nation.

The talented attacking midfielder left the shores of Ghana on Saturday night to the Spanish capital Madrid before journeying to Granada a day after.

He is expected to take another Covid-19 test on Tuesday before starting training with his new mate ahead of the start of the 2020-21 season this weekend.

Mubarak Alhassan will be unveiled by Granada later this week.
