FC Nania secured a narrow 1-0 win over Akatsi All Stars on Saturday, with Peter Fiifi Hammond’s lone goal proving decisive, earning them a vital three points in the Access Bank Division One League.

In a commanding performance on Sunday, Hohoe United crushed True Democracy 4-1 at the Hohoe Stadium to claim the top spot in Zone Three.

William Oduro opened the scoring in the 18th minute, followed by two quick goals from Faruk Mohammed in the 27th and 30th minutes, giving Hohoe United a comfortable 3-0 lead at halftime.

Kenneth Oduro pulled one back for True Democracy in the 75th minute, but Faruk Mohammed completed his hat-trick in the 90th minute, sealing the dominant win.

Rain Masters continued their unbeaten streak with a convincing 3-0 victory over Home Stars FC.

Dickson Afoakwa starred with a brace, netting the opener in the 20th minute and adding his second goal in the 50th minute.

Rashid Bunju also contributed with a strike just before halftime in the 45th minute. Afoakwa’s brilliant performance earned him the Player of the Match accolade.
