Ghanaian forward Felix Afena-Gyan has officially completed a move to Turkish TFF First League side Amedspor on loan from Italian club US Cremonese.
The 22-year-old’s deal includes an option to buy, offering him a fresh opportunity to revive his career after struggling for game time in Italy.
Afena-Gyan first rose to prominence in 2021 under José Mourinho at Serie A giants AS Roma, but despite his early promise, he was unable to cement a regular place in the team. That struggle for consistency continued at Cremonese, prompting the loan switch.

The move to Amedspor is expected to provide the former Juventus Next Gen striker with more minutes and a platform to rediscover the form that once made him one of Ghana’s brightest young prospects.
Afena-Gyan has been capped seven times by the Black Stars, scoring once for the national team.
