Former Ghana youth international Enoch Andoh has joined English lower-tier side Hednesford Town, Ghanaguardian.com can exclusively report.

The 26 year old had just one training session with non-league side before being signed and made his debut in the 3-2 victory over Barwell in the second qualifying round of the English FA Cup.

“I’m happy to have signed for Hednesford Town,” he said. “Everyone at the club from the staff to the players have really made me feel welcome from day one, and it was great to make my debut on Saturday in the FA Cup.

“The ambition of the club and the squad of players will stand us in good stead for promotion this season.”

Hedneford coach Gary Hayward believes Andoh will add greatly to his squad, and perhaps begin to get his once hugely promising career back on track.

“Enoch is a winger with bags of pace, I’m always grafting away looking for players who can bring something different to the squad and he fits that category,” he said.
