Former chairman of the Ghana Football Association Dr. Kofi Amoah has issued a press statement about an alleged acts of corruption involving a sponsorship money from telecommunications network Globacom.

Glo who were sponsors of the then Ghana premier league defaulted in paying the GFA some $1 million as part of its sponsorship money but after mediation the telecom company paid the $1 million but per the Normalization Committee 10% was paid to the lawyers who retrieved the money.

But acts of corruption were attached to the payment of the 10% which amounted to $100,000 this he has explained through his releases.
