Evergreen Ghanaian Gospel musician, Elder Francis Agyei is set to launch his latest album ‘New Covenant’ on December 16, 2018.

The event which is scheduled to take place at 2pm at the Pentecost International Worship Centre (PIWC), Kokomemle in Accra, will see a host of Gospel musicians including Elder Mireku, SP Kofi Sarpong, Diana Hamilton among a host others in attendance.

The New Covenant album has 13 songs with a lot of collaboration from some of Ghana’s Gospel greats including Joe Mettle, Akesse Brempong, Uncle Ato, Nacee and many others.

Some of the songs include the explosive ‘Ilona (My Praise), ‘Apam Foforo’ which is a praise medley, ‘He’s Alive’ featuring Joe Mettle, ‘Yehowa’ featuring Nacee, ‘Owomafa’ and many more.

“I can’t wait to see the power of God manifest itself on that day,” the Praise and Worship leader told Myjoyonline.

After taking a decade-long break from the music scene, the Church of Pentecost Elder says he is back for good. “I am now back for good, and I am praying God to give us the strength to do a lot more of spirit-filled songs,” he stated.

Elder Francis Agyei has signed a five years deal with Media Excel Production, a record label owned by artistes’ manager, Ernest Kwesi Ennin.

‘Ilona (My Praise)’ is a powerful praise song that tells the powerful wonders of God and his unwavering qualities. The song was produced by Shadrach Yawson under the same record label.

Elder Francis Agyei has produced over 50 songs in English and several African dialects including ‘God you’re so good’, ‘Shake the devil off’ ‘Metwere Obotan’ and ‘Akode biara’. His music career spans over two decades. Source: myjoyonline.com
