Bank roller of Kumasi based King Faisal football Club Alhaji Karim Grunsah caused a stir with his acerbic tongue at the ongoing GFA extra ordinary congress at the College of Physicians and Surgeons Accra.

Grunsah described the regional Football Associations as stooges and appendages to the GFA and are the cause of the dwindling fortunes of our game.

His comments incensed RFA chairman for the Western Region Mr Kojo Yankah who also replied Alhaji Karim Grunsah in equal measure.

Alhaji Gruzah's comments appears to have irked some Congress members after he tagged Regional FA Chairmen as 'goro' boys. But he has now withdrawn his statement. Gruzah accused RFA Chiefs as major causes of the dwindling fortunes of local football.
