The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has handed over buses to Ampem Darkoa Ladies and Hasaacas Ladies, champions of the Northern and Southern Zones of the 2023/24 Malta Guinness Women's Premier League, respectively.

This gesture forms part of the GFA’s Bus Acquisition Strategy, a bold initiative designed to bolster club operations by easing transportation challenges and enhancing logistical efficiency.

GFA President Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku emphasized the association’s commitment to long-term football development, saying:

“This initiative is part of a broader strategy to empower clubs, strengthen operations, and ensure the sustainable growth of the game.”

The newly presented buses are expected to support the clubs in their domestic and continental campaigns, providing a vital boost to their operational capabilities.

This follows a similar initiative in 2023, where buses were donated to nine Division One League clubs, many of which have since made significant progress:
