Ghana Premier League: Didi Dramani weary of Eleven Wonders threats ahead of Friday encounter
25th September 2025
Hearts of Oak head coach, Mas'Ud Didi Dramani is optimistic of a victory against newly promoted side Eleven Wonders in the Mathday 3 of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League campaign.
The 2000 CAF Champions League champions returned to winning ways in week two of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League, edging Dreams FC 1–0 at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Complex on Monday, September 22.
The result reignited fan enthusiasm after a frustrating goalless draw against debutants Hohoe United in the opening round at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The slim but vital win has given head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani a platform to build on as the Phobians prepare to host Eleven Wonders on Friday, September 26, in what promises to be a tactical battle.
Speaking before the game against Eleven Wonders, Didi Dramani pointed out how organized the club is as he draws out the map on how his side could emerge victorious in the fixture.
“They are a very strong, disciplined, and organised side,” Dramani told Hearts TV. “We respect what they bring, but we will try to impose our authority in terms of our style of play and game model.”
“We have to take the necessary spaces and control the game even when we don’t have the ball.”
The visitors arrive in Accra seeking redemption after a heavy defeat, but Hearts will be buoyed by their defensive solidity and growing rhythm.
Coach Dramani, the former Black Stars assistant coach, is tasked with restoring the club’s continental pedigree and domestic dominance.
