Ghanaian striker Richmond Boakye Yiadom has completed a transfer move to Libyan side Al Akhdar SC in the ongoing January transfer window.
The former Juventus striker has signed for the Bayda-based club as a free agent after departing Greek topflight side Lamia.
His contract at the Greek club was terminated weeks ago and has now decided to switch sights to the Libyan club.
The 29-year-old striker played a paltry eight matches for his Greek side since joining the club at thee beginning of the season.
"Our choices are always unique, this is another star, a unique piece, complete with the contract of the team professionals, Ghana national team star, and striker who has played in many European clubs," the statement said.
"Richmond Boakye Yiadom is going green."
The journeyman has now joined his 13th club in a career that has seen him traveled wide and far across the globe.
