Anderlecht striker Dauda Mohammed is set to join Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem on loan for the rest of the season.

The Vitas have an option to sign the former Asante Kotoko forward on a permanent basis in the summer if he excels.

The former Ghana youth international did not travel with the Anderlecht squad o on Monday to San Pedro del Pinatar for their winter training.

Dauda is down the pecking order at the Belgian side behind Landry Dimata and Ivan Santini.

He managed just five league appearances in the first half of the season and wants regular senior team action.

The 20-year-old joined Anderlecht in January 2017 and impressed hugely with the youth team before gaining promotion to the First team
