Prince Amoako Junior extended his goal-scoring streak in the Danish Superliga, netting his fifth league goal of the season in FC Nordsjaelland’s 4–2 defeat to Odense BK on Sunday at the Right to Dream Park.
The 19-year-old Ghanaian forward restored parity in the 64th minute, latching onto a pass from Finnish teenager Juho Lahteenmaki before finishing coolly — marking back-to-back direct goal contributions after his midweek assist.
Despite the setback against Odense — where Jay-Roy Grot scored a hat-trick and Leeroy Owusu also found the net — Amoako’s form remains a bright spot for Nordsjaelland as he continues to shine with his impeccable goal scoring abilities.
Compatriots Caleb Yirenkyi and Stephen Acquah also featured for the full 90 minutes, reinforcing the Ghanaian presence in Denmark’s top flight.
Prince Amoako Junior has been one of the brightest Ghanaian prospects in Europe as he possesses some incredible traits which he usually translates into his game:
- Positioning: Intelligent movement in the final third
- Link-up Play: Strong chemistry with midfield creators
- Finishing: Composed under pressure, clinical in the box
He has now been directly involved in eight goals for FC Nordsjaelland as he has now reached five goals and registered three assists across all competitions this season.
