Ghanaian defender Abdul Baba Rahman made a significant impact for PAOK FC in their away victory against HJK Helsinki in the UEFA Europa Conference League.

Baba Rahman, who had recently recovered from an injury sustained during Ghana's final game of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers, played the full 90 minutes as his team secured a 3-2 win.

HJK Helsinki took the lead in the 35th minute with a goal from Hassane Bande. However, PAOK FC mounted a comeback in the second half.

Konstantinos Koulierakis equalized ten minutes after the break, and then Baba Rahman provided the assist for Kiril Despodov, giving PAOK FC a 2-1 lead.

Spanish international Brandon Thomas extended their lead before a late penalty converted by Bojan Radulovic resulted in a final score of 3-2 in favor of PAOK FC.

Baba Rahman, who joined PAOK FC on a free transfer after leaving the English Premier League side Chelsea in the recent summer transfer window, made a significant contribution to the team's success in the Europa Conference League.
