Goldbod Jewellery Limited has issued a public warning clarifying that it is not associated with any platform or scheme operating under the name “Gold Investment Opportunity,” describing such claims as fraudulent and unauthorised.

In a statement released by its Media Relations Unit, the company confirmed that it has no connection with, or control over, any online investment platform or third-party gold trading scheme using its name. The public has been urged to treat such offers as deceptive and report them to the relevant authorities.

Goldbod Jewellery emphasised that its only recognised gold investment product is the Gold Tablet, available in denominations of 1 gram, 5 grams, 10 grams, and 31 grams. The company stressed that it does not offer any other investment packages, online trading platforms, or external gold schemes.

To protect customers, the firm advised that Gold Tablet purchases should only be made through its official showrooms, which include:

  • Accra: Diamond House, Kinbu Road

  • Osu: Oxford Street, Miami Junction

  • East Legon: Otele Avenue

  • Tema: Community 11, Hospital Road

  • Spintex: Marina Mall

  • Kumasi: Ampomah Arcade, Adum, and Prempeh I Airport

Customers can also make purchases via the company’s official website or verified phone lines. Goldbod Jewellery clarified that it does not sell products through agents, third parties, or unofficial platforms.

The company called on the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity falsely claiming affiliation with Goldbod Jewellery, as part of its efforts to protect its brand and prevent financial losses to unsuspecting investors.
