Google is working on various new features in order to improve the user experience on Chrome. Recently, the company introduced Password Checkup Chrome extension and is now said to be working on a new feature which will improve the browsing experience.
The company is said to be working on a Never-Slow Mode for Chrome. A new commit has been spotted on Chromium Gerrit which reads, “an experimental browsing mode that restricts resource loading and runtime processing to deliver a consistently fast experience,” but at a cost: Google warns that it “may silently break content.”

The commit dates back to October last year and was updated recently. It comes with a label “PROTOTYPE — DO NOT COMMIT.” It seems that the company is busy with a lot of testing around the feature. The commit also explains that blocking wide variety of content such as fonts, scripts, images for better user experience of the users and smooth functioning of the mode.

The Never Slow mode of Google Chrome is expected to reduce memory use but it will not make any major changes. The browsing mode is also said to restrict the resource loading and runtime processing to make sure that the browsing doesn’t slow down.

If this new feature gets enabled then there are chances that users might not be able to load a certain type of content which exceeds the size and will in turn make the page to load faster. Presently, there is no information as to when the feature will go live.

Google Account if it may have been exposed in a third party data breach.
