Vision FC head coach Nana Kwaku Agyemang has voiced his disappointment following his side’s goalless draw against Asante Kotoko in an outstanding Ghana Premier League fixture on Wednesday.

The match, held at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex in Tema, was a tightly contested affair, with both teams unable to find the breakthrough despite flashes of attacking intent. While Kotoko entered the game riding high from their Super Clash win over Hearts of Oak, Vision FC were determined to upset the odds.

Speaking after the match, Agyemang lamented missed opportunities and expressed frustration at not securing all three points.

“It’s a big disappointing draw. Kotoko are always the big tree in matches like this, but we were ready to be the small lads and pick all points at stake,” he said. “Throughout the game, we actually reduced Kotoko to zero chance. We had two half chances and two clear chances but couldn’t utilize them. So it’s a huge disappointing draw.”

The result leaves Vision FC in 10th place with 12 points from nine matches, while Kotoko sit 7th with 15 points from seven games. Both sides remain in contention as the league table tightens heading into matchday 10.

Vision FC will travel to face Basake Holy Stars on Sunday, aiming to convert their spirited performances into full points as the season gathers pace.
