GRIDCo CEO begins annual leave; Frank Otchere assumes operational oversight

The Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Grid Company (GRIDCo), Mark Awuah Baah, has commenced his annual leave, effective Monday, April 27, 2026.

This was announced in an internal circular dated April 24, 2026, and issued by the Office of the Chief Executive to all staff of the company.

The circular indicated that Frank Otchere, Acting Deputy Chief Executive in charge of Engineering and Operations (E&O), will oversee the day-to-day administration of the company during the period, in addition to his existing responsibilities.

Management has urged staff to extend their full support and cooperation to Ing. Otchere to ensure the smooth operation of the company while the Chief Executive is away.

The arrangement is part of routine administrative measures aimed at ensuring continuity in leadership and operational efficiency within GRIDCo.
