Songstress and social activist, Andrea Owusu, also known as Efia Odo, has detailed how a former lover broke her heart two weeks after she had tattooed his name on her hand.
Speaking in a podcast that has yet to be aired, Efia Odo said she was so madly in love with her former lover that she had his name tattooed on her skin.
According to her, the lover was present when she was getting the tattoo but kept quiet about his intentions to end their relationship.
“He broke up with me two weeks after I tattooed his name on my hands. He was there when I was getting the tattoo, and he broke up with me just two weeks after I got it,” she recounted.
On the same podcast, Efia Odo shed some light on her relationship with dancehall artiste Shatta Wale.
She recalled that they were so close that at one point, she used her own money to buy food and groceries for Shatta Wale, his family, and his ten friends.
Efia Odo said she goes all out and gives her all when she is in love.
“When I love, I love hard… that’s just who I am. With Shatta Wale, I was cooking for him and his 10 friends. Imagine buying groceries for all those people, and I supported his family and all with my own money. I’ve always been in love,” Efia Odo said in the yet-to-be-released podcast.
