Ghanaian defender Konadu Yiadom will be returning to Hearts of Oak after Ukrainian club Kryvbas Kryvyi decided not to sign him permanently.

Yiadom joined Kryvbas Kryvyi on loan in August 2023 with hopes of securing a permanent deal but struggled to make an impact during his time with the club.

Yiadom failed to make any appearances for Kryvbas Kryvyi and was only named on the bench twice as the season concluded. Given his lack of playtime, the club's decision not to retain him was straightforward.

Consequently, Yiadom will rejoin Hearts of Oak, where he remains under contract until June 30, 2025. Despite his return, he is expected to leave the club before his contract expires.

The 24-year-old initially joined Hearts of Oak from WAFA and played a significant role in helping the Phobians secure the MTN FA Cup in 2022.
