Acting Managing Director of the Club Vincent Sowah Odotei has promised to revive the Phobian Club glory next season.

Hearts have been in a patchy state after they last won the Ghana Premier League in 2009.

The Rainbow Club seemed to have lost its loyal fans due to the Club’s poor performance on the domestic scene.

The 2001 CAF Champions League winners have been unable to make an impact in their last three appearances in Africa’s inter-Club competition.

Odotei whose administrative works for the Club have been criticized has vowed redeem the Club’s image.

“We are going to ensure Hearts of Oak go back to its glory days. We been a long time the team won the League and also played in Africa,” he said during the Club’s 105 anniversary celebration.

“We are going to bring smile back on the faces of the fans. Of course Hearts of Oak oldest Club in Ghana and we must be a force to reckon with starting from next season.”

The Phobians are already aiming to win the GHALCA G6 title.
