Hearts of Oak head coach, Aboubakar Ouattara, has expressed his determination to secure a win against rivals Asante Kotoko in the upcoming Super Clash.

The Ivorian manager’s comments came after his team’s commanding 4-0 victory over Immigration FC in the Round of 64 of the MTN FA Cup on Sunday.

Despite the impressive result, Ouattara emphasized the importance of quickly shifting focus to their next challenge.

Speaking to the media, he stated, "We can’t jubilate too much because we need to think about the next match [Asante Kotoko]."

Recognizing the stakes of the December 15 clash at the Baba Yara Stadium, he added, "Kotoko needs the win, and we also need the win.

Let’s wait till 15th December to see what happens because that game is a three-point match."

Ouattara remains confident about his team’s chances, vowing not to accept a loss against their fierce rivals. "We are going for the three points; if we don’t get it, we take a point," he affirmed.

The Super Clash promises to be an intense battle as the two giants of Ghanaian football face off with crucial points on the line.
