Hearts of Oak defender Yahaya Adraman has set his sights on earning a spot in the senior national team, the Black Stars.
Recognized as one of the top right-backs in the Ghana Premier League, Adraman expressed his determination to receive a call-up during a recent interview, vowing to put in the hard work necessary to achieve his dream.
The 29-year-old showcased his exceptional skills in a recent match, helping the Phobians secure a 2-1 victory against Young Apostles—marking their second win of the season after six games.
Adraman's impressive performance earned him the Man of the Match title for his standout display at Wenchi Stadium.
“My target for the season is to play for the national team (Black Stars), so I have to work very hard to achieve my aim,” Adraman stated.
Having joined Hearts of Oak during the summer transfer window after a successful stint with Bibiani Goldstars, Adraman has already made six appearances for the Phobians in the current Ghanaian top-flight season.
His aspirations for national team selection continue to drive his performance on the field.
