Mohammed Hussein gave Hearts the lead in the 36th minute, but Lucky Nwafor equalized for Accra Lions seven minutes into the second half.

Ezekiel Alladoh then put the hosts ahead with a sleek finish, leaving Hearts in need of a response.

It was Mawuli Wayo who emerged as the hero for the visitors, scoring a sensational brace in the 80th and 84th minutes to secure all three points.
