Hearts of Oak celebrated a much-needed 2-1 victory over Young Apostles at the Wenchi Sports Stadium on Sunday, marking their first away win of the Premier League season.
The match kicked off with Emmanuel Amankwah putting Hearts in the lead shortly after halftime, scoring in the 48th minute.
However, the home side responded with a goal from Samuel Prempeh in the 84th minute, leveling the match.
The excitement was short-lived for Young Apostles, as Hamza Issah found the back of the net with a stunning finish just two minutes later, securing the win for the Phobians.
With this victory, Hearts of Oak has moved into midtable, while Young Apostles now finds themselves in the relegation zone.
