The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has officially published the provisional results of candidates who participated in the 2025 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).

The announcement was made on Saturday, November 29, 2025. WAEC also disclosed that the subject results of 6,295 candidates were cancelled after investigations confirmed that they were involved in bringing unauthorised materials into the examination hall.

Candidates can now access their results through the official Ghana WAEC online portal, using a valid result-checker voucher.

How to Check Your 2025 WASSCE Results


Step 1: Purchase a Result Checker Voucher

  • Dial *713*3998# on your phone, or

  • Visit buycheckercodes.com.gh to buy a WASSCE result checker.

  • After payment, you will receive a serial number and a 12-digit PIN via SMS or on the voucher.

Step 2: Access the WAEC Results Portal
Step 3: Enter Your Examination Details

  • Input your Index Number

  • Select WASSCE as your examination type

  • Choose 2025 as your examination year

  • Enter the Serial Number

  • Enter the 12-digit PIN

  • Carefully confirm all entries before proceeding

Step 4: View Your Results

  • Click on Submit

  • Wait for your results to appear in the pop-up window. This may take a few moments depending on internet traffic.

WAEC has cautioned candidates to:

  • Use only the official WAEC portal to check results

  • Keep their voucher PIN and serial numbers private

  • Avoid individuals who claim they can alter or upgrade results for a fee, as this is a scam

  • Report all suspicious activities through WAEC’s official channels
