Clement Abrefa Yeboah, husband of renowned Ghanaian media personality Oheneni Adazoa, has publicly addressed the couple’s long-standing fertility struggles and persistent rumours about their marriage.

In an interview with Delay, shared on Instagram on February 27, 2026, Clement revealed that he and his wife have undergone about six in vitro fertilisation (IVF) procedures over the course of their 21-year marriage but are yet to have a child.

“We have done about six IVFs, and we still don't have a child,” he disclosed.

He recounted an emotional moment from the early years of their marriage when they relocated to Techiman. According to him, his wife returned home in tears after hearing claims that he had fathered a child outside their marriage.

“When I brought her to Techiman during the first few years of our marriage, she came back crying because a man had told her that I had a child outside our marriage. I told her to go and ask my father,” he said.

Clement also addressed the recurring speculation surrounding his alleged paternity of a child outside the union. He noted that such rumours have followed him for years, surfacing in different settings — including church.

“From the day my father gave birth to me until now, even after his death, I have never done anything that would warrant a family meeting as speculated by the person making those claims. I have heard several rumours about me having a child outside our marriage, even in church,” he stated.

Challenging those behind the allegations, Clement said he is prepared to confront anyone who claims he has fathered a child elsewhere.

“I appeal to the public that anyone who believes I have a child with someone should come forward.

Maybe I have offended the woman and she has deliberately hidden the child. I am ready, so they should bring the woman and the said child,” he added.

His remarks offer a rare glimpse into the couple’s private struggles, highlighting both the emotional toll of repeated fertility treatments and the strain caused by long-standing public speculation.

Despite the challenges, Clement’s comments reflect a willingness to address the rumours directly while standing by his wife amid years of scrutiny.
