Newly-signed Accra Hearts oak midfielder Emmanuel Mintah says his arrival marks an opportunity to write his name in the history books of the rainbows.

The Phobians on Saturday announced the signing of the former Karela midfielder on a free transfer, making him the third signing after  grabbing striker Bernard Arthur and Dominic Eshun.

The 28-year-old believes he has a big role to play in Kim Grant's side, having the chance to reunite with sensational Benjamin Afutu.

I"want to write my name in the books of the legends," he said during his unveiling ceremony.

The Phobians will engage sworn rivals, Asante Kotoko on Sunday at the Baba Yara Stadium in the President Cup.

According to report, Mintah has joined players in camp, making him available for selection in Sunday's clash.
