Media personality Nana Romeo has alleged that he was not allowed to ask a question during Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia's recent meeting with members of the Creative Arts Industry.
In an interview on UTV's United Showbiz, the stated that he was the first to raise his hand when the floor was opened for questions, but was overlooked.
Nana Romeo claimed that those responsible for selecting participants to ask questions were biased.
“When time came for questions, I raised my hand first. KOKA saw me and asked me to wait, but then he passed the microphone to someone behind me without giving me a chance to speak,” he said.
On October 16, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party, held a meeting with creatives including Shatta Wale, Samini, and Kuami Eugene, among others.
