Ofori Amponsah, a Highlife artiste who once swept Ghana off its feet with his charming music has indicated that, he was not ordained by God to perform miracles or to make prophesies when he established a fellowship.

Speaking on the Delay Show, the 2006 artiste of the year had clarified that he won't add himself among pastors because, irrespective of the fact that he was called by God, he was not granted power by God to prophesy.

Ofori Ampnsah left Highlife music to start up a church in 2012 after stating that, he had been called by God to preach the gospel.

However, in his interview on the delay show, he stated that, “I never gave directions to the people in my church, I never did that and I will never do that”.

He has indicated that, it was a rush on his path to have established a fellowship where people will pray although he received a calling and apologised to hi fans who might have been misinformed when he once left the music industry.

Ofori Amponsah is popularly known with songs he has released in the past including, Puduo, Odwo, Rakia, Asew, Tintin and Koforidua flowers.
