Controversial New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong has vowed to expose ace undercover investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas for unearthing corrupt practices in the country.

According to the NPP firebrand, the renowned investigative journalist owns luxurious properties in the country, adding that he has pictures to that effect which will prove his claim that Anas is not clean.

The rage by Mr. Agyapong comes days after President Akufo-Addo ordered the arrest of Ghana Football Association (GFA) boss, Kwesi Nyantakyi in relation to the yet to be premiered video of the latest work by the ace journalist on the rot in Ghana Football dubbed 'Number 12'.

Speaking on Accra based Asempa FM, Mr. Agyapong who accused Anas of enriching himself by tarnishing the images of others vowed to expose the award winning journalist.

He stated; “I will expose Anas because he is not clean. I will put my life on the line against Anas”

He added that Mr. Nyantakyi was forced by Anas in order to trap him to ruin his reputation.

“First of all, what I know is setting up Nyantakyi. First, they went to Morocco and according to sources, they spent about $400,000 of which Nyantakyi got $65,000 – all in an attempt to sabotage him [Nyantakyi],” he said.

He destroys people’s integrity to enrich himself. Let him show the video and I will expose who the real eye of the tiger is”, he fumed.

Mr. Agyapong indicated that he is worried if Anas is not stopped, he may end up invading the privacy of people and filming from their bedrooms.

"My brother, it's you today, it's me tomorrow," he warned on Net 2 TV's Dialogue show and monitored by Myjoyonline.

The politician is unhappy Anas has been allowed to invade the privacy of people over the years, all in the name of investigative journalism.
