Ghanaian striker Ibrahim Mustapha has sealed a move to Serbian SuperLiga side FK Vojvodina, agreeing to a three-year contract ahead of the 2025/26 season.
The 24-year-old joins from Austrian Bundesliga outfit LASK, where he struggled for minutes and was hindered by injuries throughout the past campaign. He made just 10 appearances and scored once in all competitions during his time in Austria.
Vojvodina confirmed Mustapha as their first signing of the summer transfer window, expressing strong belief in his potential to add quality to their attacking unit. The move marks a return to familiar ground for Mustapha, who began his European journey in Serbia with Red Star Belgrade.
He also had loan spells at several Serbian clubs, including Grafičar, Zlatibor, Radnički Srem, and Novi Pazar.
His prior experience in Serbian football is expected to help him settle quickly as he seeks to reignite his career. Now fully fit, Mustapha brings pace, energy, and versatility across the front line—attributes Vojvodina hope will help push them back into European contention.
The club is banking on the Ghanaian forward’s resurgence to bolster their ambitions in the upcoming SuperLiga season.
