Coach of Great Olympics Annor Walker has implored Kumasi Asante Kotoko to up their game if they want to make an impression in the CAF Champions League.

The porcupine warriors have been piss poor this season in the Ghana Premier League struggling to put up any impressive performance.

Kotoko have in four games this season won one, drawn two and lost one with the general performance dire and painful to watch.

The team have struggled to dominate possession or outplay their opponents, even in the one nil win against Legon Cities they were at times outplayed by the royals.

As if that is not enough goal scoring has become a problem with all the numerous attacking reinforcements with Kotoko failing to score more than a goal in any match played this season domestically or in Africa.

After beating Kotoko one nil on Thursday afternoon, Great Olympics coach Annor Walker had a word of counsel for Kotoko as Ghana's sole representative in Africa.

He says he was surprised by the display of Kotoko more especially as a team playing in the CAF Champions League and they need to raise their game if they want to flourish.

“They have an international game to play but with this performance I think they have to raise up their game,” Walker advised.

The porcupine warriors gained qualification into the knock out stage of the CAF Champions League after Mauritanian side FC Nouadhibou refused to play the second leg game in Accra after a 1-1 drawn game in the first leg in Mauritania.
