Ghanaian forward Inaki Williams delivered a stellar performance on Wednesday evening, scoring twice to lead Athletic Club to a 2-0 triumph over Alexander Djiku's Fenerbahce in a decisive Europa League encounter.

Williams wasted no time making an impact, seizing on a defensive error in the fifth minute to open the scoring.

Pouncing on a misplaced pass from the Fenerbahce backline, the forward calmly slotted the ball past the goalkeeper, giving Athletic Club an early lead.

Just before halftime, Williams doubled the advantage with a sensational strike. After collecting the ball inside the penalty area, he unleashed a powerful shot that cannoned off the crossbar and into the net, leaving Fenerbahce's goalkeeper, Dominik Livakovic, helpless.
