Athletic Bilbao's forward Inaki Williams has resumed training as the club kicks off their pre-season preparations.
The Ghanaian international missed June's World Cup qualifiers against Mali and the Central African Republic due to injury, undergoing surgery to remove broken glass from his left foot.
However, the 29-year-old has rejoined his teammates this week, showing fitness and readiness for the upcoming 2024/25 season.
Williams played a pivotal role last season as Athletic Bilbao clinched the Copa del Rey title for the first time in 40 years.
He also had his most prolific season, scoring 12 goals in La Liga, which helped secure European qualification for the club.
Athletic Bilbao has scheduled a series of friendlies in July and August as part of their pre-season preparations.
Meanwhile, Williams' younger brother, Nico Williams, is currently representing Spain at the European Championship in Germany.
