Ghana international Inaki Williams produced a stellar performance on Sunday evening, assisting all three goals in Athletic Bilbao's thrilling 3-2 win over Las Palmas in the Spanish La Liga.

Playing at the Estadio de Gran Canaria, Williams set the tone early by assisting Oihan Sancet for the opening goal just seven minutes into the match.

The Black Stars forward continued to make his presence felt, providing a perfectly timed pass for his younger brother Nico Williams to double Athletic Bilbao's lead at the 30-minute mark.

Las Palmas responded in the second half with a goal from Sandro Ramirez, who scored a direct free-kick in the 58th minute to cut the deficit.

However, Inaki Williams was far from finished, as he set up Aitor Paredes in the 76th minute, giving Athletic a crucial third goal.

Though Alex Munoz pulled one back for Las Palmas in the 83rd minute, it wasn't enough to deny Bilbao the win.

Inaki Williams' trio of assists marked a historic achievement, making him the first Athletic Bilbao player to record three assists in a single La Liga match since 2005.

His commanding performance was pivotal in securing the Basque club's hard-fought away victory.
