Dancehall artiste Fishbone Corleone has lashed out at popular promoter of the genre in Ghana Mr Logic for selling his beat to other artistes without his consent.

According to the artiste who has been praised across the circles for his unique voice and hardcore"ragga" approach, the beat produced by beat maker Riddim Boss for his project "Dotty dancing" was given to about 25 other artistes by Mr Logic without any compensation to him.

The riddim "Guinness and Smirnoff Riddim" ultimately won riddim of the year at the Bass awards but he got no recognition. This was three years ago.

Popular dancehall artistes including Jupitar, Natural Face, Episode and Stonebwoy used the riddim after Mr Logic hooked them to it. The latter riding on the riddim for his hit song "No Sir"
“I went to the studio to pick up my tune. Then I heard Riddim Boss say Mr. Logic wants us to do the riddim thing. So as an underground artiste, I was elated"

"Mr Logic will not give that beat to anybody without taking atleast 500 cedis from them" Fishbone lamented.

According to him, the promoter went as far as demanding money from him when he told him he wanted to perform at the awards.

"I told him I wanted to perform at Bass awards but he wanted money. I told him I had no money to give him especially when my riddim had earned a nomination.
"Mr Logic is an architect" he told Vibes in 5 host Arnold Mensah Elavanyo.

Mr Logic recently managed the late Vybrant Faya.

Fishbone Corleone is currently promoting his video Girl Position.
