After the Ghana FA club licensing  board introduced mandatory coaching qualifications for Premier league head coaching positions, Some coaches need to plan ahead if they want to sit in the dugout for their team.

Former Ghana international, John Painstil has confirmed he will not be eligible to lead the dugout for Wa All Stars as he does not hold a the required CAF licence A coaching certificate that permits him to be head coach of the club.

"I don't have a CAF Licence A certificate, I have done that of South Africa which is equivalent to licence C certificate here in Ghana, I have made a request from the Club Licensing board, if they accept fine but if they don't then one cannot do anything than to wait and acquired the needful certificate before ", he told FOX 97.9 FM.

John Painstil and his partners took over the Club from former Ghana FA president.
