Ghanaian forward Jordan Ayew has bid a heartfelt farewell to Crystal Palace, expressing his gratitude to the players, management, and fans following his departure from the South London club.

The 32-year-old Ayew left Selhurst Park after six memorable years to join Premier League returnees Leicester City on a two-year contract.

He made his debut for Leicester in their recent Premier League match against Fulham at Craven Cottage.

In an emotional message posted on Instagram, Ayew reflected on his time at Crystal Palace, writing, "It’s tough to say goodbye after six unforgettable years at the club, but the time has come for me to make a change.

It’s been a pleasure to be part of the Crystal Palace football family for so long."

He continued, "The chairman, players, staff, and supporters have been amazing. I am grateful for my time with you and am extremely fond of this club.

I want to thank you for all the support towards me and my family over the years. I will miss you all immensely. Thank you for everything."

During his tenure at Crystal Palace, Ayew made over 200 appearances and scored 23 goals, leaving a lasting impact on the club and its supporters.
