Karim Zito apologises to Kotoko fans after Hohoe United defeat

Asante Kotoko head coach Karim Zito has issued an apology to the club’s supporters following their 1-0 loss to Hohoe United in Matchday 13 of the Ghana Premier League.

  • Kotoko’s unbeaten start ended with defeat to Young Apostles, and the Porcupine Warriors have since failed to recover.

Zito’s Reaction

Speaking after the game, Zito criticised his side’s lacklustre first-half performance and apologised to the fans:

“We didn’t play well in the first half, and I’m not happy about that. That is why I want to apologise to the fans. We are sorry, and we promise to make the necessary amendments.”
