Good news they say come in pairs, as Kumasi Asante Kotoko are in joyous mood after the unveiling of their new coach Maxwell Konadu.

But the other piece of news which will please the new coach is the return to light training of key duo captain Felix Annan and full back Evans Owusu.

The pair were sidelines for various degree of injuries with that of Felix Annan thought to be serious but fears of the medical team and the entire staff was allayed after scans revealed that it was not as serious as it was feared initially.

Felix sustained an ankle injury in training but has returned to solitary light training alongside fellow injury returnee Evans Owusu.

It is good news for the porcupine family as it was feared that club captain Felix Annan will miss the beginning of the 2019/2020 season which commences on the 28th December 2019.
