Kris Jenner opens up about one of her least favorite topics on the new episode of OBJECTified this Sunday - Kim Kardashian's sex tape.

The Kardashian matriarch is asked during her interview how her family coped with her daughter starring in the straight-to-video offering, which resulted in millions around the world seeing Kris’ daughter enjoying a naked romp with then-boyfriend Ray J.

She was also asked if she believed it was why she and her daughters shot to international fame.

'You know I can't control what other people say and obviously that was a hard thing to go through,'  says Kris, who skirted the question but refused to deny the claim.

'The thing I learned from that is that you can get through anything as a family.'

She then added: 'That was obviously a real hard time for any mom, it was devastating.'

It was not all bad for the Kardashin-Jenners, with the tape making Kim a household name on the eve of her family’s reality show hitting the airwaves.

There have been rumblings ever since Kim’s sex tape was first leaked that Kris was behind the operation, a rumor she has firmly denied in the few other times she has discussed the video.

Little was known about Kim at the time, let alone her family, with the exception of her gold-medal winning stepmother Caitlyn Jenner.

That all changed overnight however when just weeks after the tape’s release the family signed on to do a reality show with Ryan Seacrest’s production company.

In less than a year, Kim went from being Paris Hilton’s sidekick to an international reality star with just as much fans and earning potential.
