Embattled Asante Kotoko trainer Kjetil Zachariasen has been given until Friday November 8,2019 to return to work or face the axe.
The former Ashgold SC tactician was asked by the Porcupine Warriors not to return with the club from Ivory Coast after their humiliating elimination from the CAF Confederations cup in the hands of San Pedro for safety reasons.
His agent Charles Kouadio has since expressed worry the actions of Kotoko and has vowed to take the club on for failure to adhere to contractual agreements.
But with Zachariasen still away in Cote d'voire, the club has issued an order for him to return to work latest Friday.
"We have communicated to the agent of Zachariassen that we have given him till Friday to report to work or we advice ourselves", Nana Gyembibi Coker, special aid to Dr. Kwame Kyei told Oyerepa FM on Thursday.
"We have legal advisers who will advise us when we get there. We will take action against him.
"His agent has threatened us with FIFA and CAF which we are ready becauae we will all have the chance to state our case", he added.
Reacting to Nana Coker's claims, Zachariasen's agent expressed his ready to drag the issue long.
"Nana Coker is pushing us to do something funny...I wanted it a family affair but he is provoking us right now and we might go a long way now", Charles Kouadio noted.
