Kotoko settle gratuity tussle with long-serving employee Omono Asamoah
23rd September 2020
The management of Kumasi Asante Kotoko has reached an amicable settlement with former long term employee of the club Omono Asamoah.
Management of the club on Wednesday agreed to pay an undisclosed sum of money to the former employee who has worked with the club the past thirty years.
It brings closure to a two year tussle between the club and their former employee Omono Asamoah who dragged the club to the Labour Commission in 2018 for failing to pay his gratuity.
The development forms part of the Nana Yaw Amponsah-led management to create goodwill between the club and all deserving long-serving employees, both past and present.
