Top goal scorer for Kumasi Asante Kotoko Frank Mbella Etouga says that he is waiting for the stern Hearts of Oak test which awaits his side.

Kotoko will face perennial rivals Hearts of Oak in their outstanding match day 7 fixture at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday 20th February,2022.

The Cameroonian striker scored a hattrick last Saturday his second this season in his side's 3-1 win over Accra Lions.

Frank Mbella Etouga has now scored 11 goals in 12 outings this season for Asante Kotoko and leads the goal king chart three more than second placed David Abagna of RTU.

Speaking after his hattrick last Saturday the striker averred that he would enjoy his hattrick and then prepare for Hearts of Oak.

“I am very happy to score a hattrick today, I say thank you to the team, management team and all of Kotoko. I am very happy."

"Now I will enjoy the win [over Accra Lions], go home, sleep and prepare for Hearts of Oak,’ the striker said."

Hearts will host league leaders Asante Kotoko on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium at 3pm local time.
