Former Ghana and Heart of Midlothian midfielder Laryea Kingston has approved Kwadwo Asamoah’s move to Inter Milan and believes he can return to his best at the San Siro Stadium.

Earilier this week, the 29 year old was officially announced by the Nerazzurri on a three year contract after leaving Juventus earlier this summer.

The versatile Ghanaian  has been a mainstay of the domestic-conquering Juventus side for the past six years, winning the title in every one of those campaigns. He's even managed three doubles - league and Cup titles - along the way.

"He has had a very good career at Juventus and the trophies show that," Kingston told KweséESPN, "but I don't think we saw the best of him there.

"We've always known that Asamoah is best in an advanced midfield position setting up chances, so while he has performed his role at left-wing back effectively, he is always at his best when playing more central.
