Ghana striker Kwesi Appiah was one of the standouts as AFC Wimbledon pulled off one of the great FA Cup upsets against West Ham.
Appiah put the home side ahead in the 34th minute before Scott Wagstaff made it 2-0 on the stroke of half time.
The In-form Ghanaian has now scored three goals in his last three games for Wimbledon in all competitions, as many as his previous 21 combined beforehand.
The fairy tale continued for the League one side in the second half as Appiah turned provider to set up Wagstaff for his second of the game.
Pellegrini made a triple substitution at the break in an attempt to get back into the game and saw two of his changes - Lucas Perez and Felipe Anderson - score to make it 3-2.
But Toby Sibbick's late close-range header gave Wimbledon a 4-2 victory and ensured they progressed to the fifth round of the competition.
