Laryea Kingston has now written his name in gold, into East African football history, becoming the first Ghanaian coach to qualify Uganda’s U17 national team for a major international tournament.
The former Ghana U17 head coach guided Uganda to the 2026 U17 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco after a commanding run in the CECAFA U17 Qualifiers.
